The corporate program target nature and based on regional professional experience and human potential, especially with planned acquisition in remote location of Azerbaijan region. Moreover, the Company realizes that charity activities should not give rise to social dependency. For this reason, besides traditional kinds of charity, MCW Energy Group plan to offer strategic charity and social investment programs, which will imply to Company strategic objectives. Combination of business, nonprofit and public sectors will be assign to solve issues raised locally in educational sector, religious and spiritual world as well as solving social economic problems, especially in the remote locations where Company plan to operate. The Company’s activities are guided by two strategic trends:

• Social investments in local infrastructure;
• Sponsorship and traditional charity programs for education, religious activities, spiritual educations.
